Brera Pizza and Salad Co. serves up the best authentic Italian food west of the Mediterranean. We do it because we know that fresh ingredients mean a superior product, and that having fast service should never come at the expense of quality. That’s why we employ a classically trained chef to prepare our signature pizzas and salads. You have to work with the best in order to create the best food possible. So whether you’re in the mood for artisan pizza or you want to build your own specialty salad, our menu has everything to satisfy your hunger for great food.
Brera got its name from the restaurant district in Milan that’s known for its culinary scene, as well as being an artistic hub. Authentic artisan pizzas and salads aren’t just what we prepare. We examined the roots and culture behind the food we make, so that we could put the wisdom of a thousand years of history into what we do.
Headquartered in the hometown of Henry Ford, Dearborn, MI, Brera Pizza and Salad Co. is planning multiple locations coming to a city near you!
